Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. No Cancellation of Donations

Once a donation is successfully made through the website, it cannot be cancelled. All contributions are immediately allocated to our active projects such as Vridhashram construction, Child Gurukul, and the Om Sewa Crore Parthiv Shivling campaign.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only considered in the following exceptional circumstances:

• Technical Errors: If a donation was debited multiple times due to a technical glitch on the payment gateway.
• Unauthorized Transactions: If the donation was made without the cardholder's permission and reported immediately.
• Incorrect Amount: If a donor accidentally entered an incorrect amount (e.g., extra zeros).

3. Refund Process

• Donors must submit a written request for a refund via email to drbtiwari84@gmail.com within 7 days of the transaction.
• The request must include: Transaction Date, Transaction ID, Amount, and Reason for the refund.
• The Foundation will review the request and, if approved, the refund will be processed within 10-15 working days.

4. Mode of Refund

Refunds will be credited back to the original payment source (Credit Card, Debit Card, or Bank Account) used during the donation. We do not provide cash refunds.

5. Tax Certificate Adjustment

If a refund is processed for a donation for which a tax-exemption certificate (80G) has already been issued, the certificate will be considered null and void. The donor is responsible for not using the cancelled certificate for tax filings.
