2. Use of Donations

• All donations made to the Foundation are utilized for our social welfare projects, including Vridhashram (Old Age Home), Child Education (Gurukul), and Animal Welfare.
• Specifically, contributions toward the Om Sewa Crore Parthiv Shivling campaign are used for religious rituals and foundation maintenance.
• We ensure 100% transparency in the utilization of funds.

3. Payment & Security

We use secure payment gateways (like Razorpay) for all transactions. Your payment details are encrypted and handled by professional financial service providers. The Foundation does not store your credit/debit card information.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Donations made to the Foundation are generally non-refundable.
• In case of a technical error (e.g., double deduction), please contact us at drbtiwari84@gmail.com within 7 days with proof of transaction for a resolution.

5. 80G Tax Benefits

As a registered NGO, we provide tax-exemption receipts under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act (where applicable). Donors must provide their PAN details and correct address to receive a valid certificate.

6. User Responsibilities

Users must provide accurate information while registering as a volunteer (Sewadar) or making a donation. Any fraudulent activity will be reported to the appropriate legal authorities.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
